I have always thought creativity was an important characteristic for teachers but I didn’t know how I could develop it. The article brings some very good ideas and interesting thoughts we teachers should have to overcome our fears and boost our creative potential. I’d like to point out three of them which were really valuable to me: change ideas and talk to people, keep ideas and come back to them later, and take baby steps. Keeping this in mind I think all teachers can be creative. Something I want to remember from the article is/are the four factors that have an impact on the quality of attention: novelty, need, meaning and emotions. I believe we teachers should always consider these factors while preparing our classes so that we make the lessons as interesting and lively as possible.
